What you do
- You provide training sessions and engage in conversations with participants to guide and coach them in their development.
- Prior to the sports season, you are responsible for setting up your own team, with support from a project leader.
- During the season, you organize training, matches, and other activities.
- You receive pedagogical training within the organization.
- You act as a role model, building rapport with young people and motivating them to bring out the best in themselves (discipline, respect, teamwork).
- You create a positive, safe, and structured sports environment where behavior and social skills are practiced.
- You offer individual guidance and conduct progress interviews on personal learning goals and choices.
- You collaborate with educational institutions and local sports clubs.
- You organize activities and attend tournaments and meetings.
- You track the attendance and progress of young people.
