You will work on complex renovation and transformation projects within a university medical center. You will be responsible for the daily management of integrated projects, managing risks, priorities, and dilemmas, and ensuring the delivery of new housing. You will strictly manage planning, quality, and the building-related investment budget.

- Ensuring all relevant parties are involved in the project at the right time
- Working on the renovation of faculty buildings
- Realizing new educational spaces, laboratories, and offices in older buildings
Profile
- Education: HBO diploma and/or university level of thinking and working (e.g., civil engineering, facility management, industrial engineering, or real estate-related education)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing housing projects and/or consultancy activities; experience with change processes from planning to implementation
- Competencies: Results-oriented attitude, drive to get things done quickly, sharp analytical skills, and creativity in finding solutions for all parties
- Team leadership: Experience in functionally managing a team of project managers responsible for different project phases
- Administrative sensitivity: Eye for administrative relationships and decision-making processes; you determine the right approach and how it should be followed
