- Experience in supporting people with disabilities.
- Knowledge of autism, psychiatric issues, and socio-emotional development is a plus.
- Flexible, resilient, and possessing sufficient personal maturity.
- Takes initiative and can respond quickly to unexpected situations.
- Possesses the necessary administrative and computer skills.
- Holds a graduate or bachelor's degree in orthopedagogy, group living support, youth, and disability care.
- Holds a valid driving license B.
