HVAC Project Sales Representative

• You contact interested customers based on the provided leads and schedule appointments.
• You visit customers, listen to their plans, and identify their expectations.
• You advise private customers on suitable heating and cooling solutions, such as heat pumps, heating systems, and air conditioning.
• You calculate HVAC projects and prepare quotes yourself according to pre-agreed rules. You explain your proposals, answer questions, and guide customers towards a purchase decision.
• You meticulously follow up on your sales files and coordinate with the technical team where necessary.

• You work as a self-employed individual or are willing to start a self-employed activity.
• You have commercial acumen and preferably experience in sales to private individuals.
• Experience in HVAC, building techniques, or renovation is a must.
• You have a technical interest and want to delve into heating and cooling solutions. You do not need to be an installer yourself.
• You easily make contact, listen well, and know how to advise a customer honestly and convincingly.
• You work independently, meticulously follow agreements, and feel comfortable with a results-oriented collaboration.
• You speak fluent Dutch and possess a B driving license.

Offer.

• A self-employed collaboration with provided leads estimated to require 20 hours of follow-up work per week. The number of leads can be adjusted based on feedback.
• No cold prospecting or time-consuming search for new customers: you follow up on inquiries received through the company.
• A remuneration of 8% commission on the achieved turnover. There is no separate compensation for hours worked, travel, or other costs.
