Certified Accountant

• You support the various supervisors in managing their teams and provide your expertise when necessary.
• You ensure the overall monitoring of accounting activities and ensure the proper organization of portfolios within the different teams.
• You intervene in the integration of new clients and participate in the distribution of files according to the skills and capacities of each team.
• You take part in the development of collaborators by supporting them on technical aspects and promoting knowledge transfer.
• You participate in the implementation of training and in various interviews and performance evaluations.
• You are also in regular contact with the accounting managers of other international offices to ensure effective communication, reliable reporting, and consistency of working methods.
• You actively contribute to the growth of the department while maintaining significant freedom in managing your responsibilities.

What they ask

• You hold the title of Certified Accountant and wish to put your experience at the service of an international environment.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a fiduciary or comparable environment, with significant initial experience in team supervision.
• Your professional level of English allows you to communicate easily with an international clientele as well as with the different teams of the group.
• You are a person capable of supporting your collaborators by prioritizing delegation, trust, and accountability.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable with preparing reports and presenting results.
