- A minimum of 8 years of relevant facility work experience, for example, as a facility manager, facility consultant, or in a comparable responsible role
- Preferably, a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Facility Management. Another (HBO) educational background can be compensated by extensive, broad, and relevant facility work experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience with soft services, such as cleaning, security, catering
- Experience with hard services, such as technology and building management, is a significant advantage
