What you do
- Assist residents with their daily care and ADL activities.
- Provide support and additional guidance where needed.
- Work independently and responsibly, with support from colleagues.
- Identify problems and seek appropriate solutions together with colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, the multidisciplinary team, and family/contact persons.
Profile
- Minimum diploma as a care worker IG (mbo 3 level).
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B.
Practical
- Salary between € 2735.91 and € 3592.96 gross per month based on 36 hours.
- Holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
- Position classified in FWG 35.
- Good employment conditions according to the VVT collective labor agreement, including travel expenses, leave days, pension accrual, and collective health insurance.
- Option for additional employment conditions via an MKA scheme and Benefits at Work.
- Encouragement for personal development through an internal academy.
