Accounting Assistant

• You ensure the encoding of purchase, sales invoices, and financial operations in the accounting system.
• You participate in the follow-up of supplier and tenant accounts, as well as the preparation of payments and the control of due dates.
• You manage invoicing, the issuance of invoices, and the verification of their compliance.
• You ensure the classification, archiving, and administrative management of accounting documents to guarantee the quality of the files.
• You provide support for daily accounting operations and collaborate with various internal and external contacts of the financial department.

• You have initial experience within an accounting department, acquired through employment, an internship, or significant student experience.
• You master the use of accounting software and have experience in processing supplier invoices and invoicing.
• You hold an accounting-oriented diploma; a bachelor's degree in accounting is an asset.
• You have a perfect command of French and are comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to work in a structured and precise manner.
