As a Functional Analyst, you play a key role in shaping and improving business-critical information systems within an organization. You are involved from the concept phase through implementation and production support. This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys participating in challenging IT projects, translating complex business issues into efficient solutions, and actively contributing to continuous improvement.
What you do
- Leading functional analysis activities and translating business needs into functional designs
- Defining concepts, requirements, and solution specifications
- Supporting changes and improvements from development to production
- Evaluating service requests, feasibility, lead times, and required resources
- Recommending and implementing system improvements
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams
- Maintaining an end-to-end vision across processes and systems
- Supporting system upgrades and resolving functional issues
