As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for flexible employees and managers at an in-house location of a food company. You guide employees throughout their entire career, support managers with various personnel issues, and ensure that HR processes run smoothly and carefully. Your people-oriented approach, organizational talent, and visibility on the work floor contribute to a positive employee experience and optimal staffing. The role is versatile and challenging, with varied tasks.
What you will do.
- Guide and support flexible employees throughout their entire employment, from onboarding to daily questions and challenges.
- Draft contracts, process HR administration, and ensure correct and timely execution of personnel processes.
- Work closely with managers and colleagues to optimally organize personnel planning, inflow, and staffing.
- Contribute to the well-being, engagement, and development of flexible employees by conducting interviews and highlighting training opportunities.
- Identify bottlenecks within HR processes, contribute ideas for improvements, and convert them into concrete actions where possible.
Profile
- MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level in HR or comparable.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
- Clear and professional communication in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
- Proactive, structured, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Remain calm, maintain an overview, and persevere, even under pressure.
