A training organization is looking for motivated and flexibly deployable instructors for Module 10: Aviation Legislation. In addition to organizing a vocational training program, this organization provides customized programs for adults for various clients. For these programs, we are continuously looking for enthusiastic and experienced technicians and specialists with the ambition to transfer their knowledge and teach in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The programs take place throughout the year, both at the client's location and at the training organization. Lessons are provided at Cat. A and Cat. B levels.
What you will do.
- Teach (future) aircraft technicians who are following a program to obtain their AML.
- Help them master the theoretical knowledge of aviation legislation.
- Demonstrate how these regulations are applied and their role in aviation safety and maintenance processes.
- Ensure participants learn aviation regulations and understand how they are applied in the practice of the maintenance company and in aviation operations.
- Deliver lessons in Dutch, concluded with an exam.
- Determine your own working days and location.
Profile
- Experienced instructor, technical specialist, or someone who wishes to contribute after retirement.
- Enjoy leading a group and conveying knowledge clearly and enthusiastically.
- Candidates with little or no teaching experience are also invited.
What they ask
- Demonstrable knowledge of aviation legislation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or training groups.
- Flexible availability.
- Good communication skills and ability to teach clearly and practically.
- Able to provide a VOG-A (certificate of good conduct).
Preferences.
- In possession of AML B1 and/or B2, or demonstrable experience in maintenance/continuing airworthiness.
- Didactic qualification, proof of a first or second-degree teaching qualification or equivalent certification and/or teaching experience.
