A public organization is looking for an IT Recruiter to strengthen its HR team. You will contribute to the realization of IT solutions with a societal impact.
What you do
- Analyze recruitment needs and establish attractive job profiles.
- Identify potential candidates via social networks, specialized platforms, and the internal database.
- Guide candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing.
- Act as a recruitment partner for internal stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and IT events.
- Fully utilize social networks to develop the professional network.
- Contribute to general HR projects, depending on interests and expertise.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong affinity with IT.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, ideally of IT profiles.
- Good oral knowledge of Dutch.
