As a Caregiver IG, you are, together with your team, responsible for the care of residents in a care facility. In addition to psychogeriatric and somatic care, this location also offers geriatric rehabilitation care.
What you will do.
- Perform reserved acts
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Coordinate care
- Stimulate self-reliance
- Create safety and security through warm care
- Work based on care plans and align them with the needs of residents
- Maintain regular contact with residents' families for optimal care
- Closely monitor the resident
