As an HR consultant, you work in-house at a logistics organization and are the eyes and ears on the shop floor. You work in an environment where the pace is high and the stakes are sometimes significant. With a strong personality, clear communication, and a people-oriented approach, you know how to engage employees in a pleasant way and keep the conversation positive.
What you do
- You make rounds, chat with flexible employees, and ensure new colleagues feel welcome.
- You answer questions about contracts, planning, or leave.
- You process contracts, keep personnel files up-to-date, and ensure HR processes run smoothly.
- You maintain an overview of personnel changes and absence registrations.
- You coordinate with team leaders, schedule interviews with new candidates, and ensure optimal staffing.
- You respond quickly to sick reports or unexpected peaks and provide suitable solutions.
- You play an active role in attracting new colleagues by giving tours and answering questions.
Profile
- MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of HRM, Human Resource Management, or a comparable education.
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with onboarding, personnel administration, or contract management is a plus.
- Driving license B and own transport.
- Hands-on mentality, a great sense of responsibility, and the drive to get things done.
