An organization specializing in connecting creative professionals and telling brand stories is looking for an editor/videographer. You will work on various projects, from brand movies to social videos explaining complex technologies. The organization embraces AI as a tool to work more efficiently and free up more time for creative tasks.
What you do
- Editing and Camera: You are the foundation in editing, but also regularly participate in shoots. You have an eye for a beautiful shot and anticipate during filming what will be needed in the timeline.
- Storytelling: You are able to keep viewers engaged for a long time with tight edits and bring depth to stories, by building suspense and touching emotion.
- Technique & workflow: You bring a structured working method, including project structure, proxies, codecs, sound design, and exports. You independently solve technical problems and share your knowledge with the team.
What they ask
- 2-3 years of experience as an editor, with projects for which you were solely responsible.
- Ability to independently build an edit, from initial selection to export.
- Expert in Premiere Pro.
- Ability to grade in DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to build simple animations in After Effects.
- Experience behind the camera: knowledge of camera technique and why a shot works or not.
- Ability to demonstrate how AI is integrated into your workflow and why.
