You will work as an HR Business Partner for an organization in the region.
- This is a part-time assignment.
What you do
- Follow up on collaboration with a fixed partner for talent acquisition and advise hiring managers.
- Responsible for talent management and correctly processing internal rotations.
- Advise on performance management and conduct discussions with employees.
- Facilitate changes within the organization and guide employees through them.
- Follow up on contracts and actively participate in management meetings.
Profile
- Very strong in Dutch and English.
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, international environment.
- Strong communicator and confident.
- Able to work independently and set the right priorities.
- Able to handle changes well and alleviate uncertainty among employees.
Preferences.
- Preferably experience with PC200 and PC226.
Practical
- Willingness to occasionally travel to a location in the region.
