An experienced Project Manager / Construction & Development Advisor is sought for a client. You will be involved in diverse and challenging construction and development projects, from the initial initiative and development phase through design, tendering, realization, and delivery. You will work on projects within residential construction, utility construction, and real estate development, advising clients on technical, financial, and organizational matters.
You will be the connecting link between the client and various parties, ensuring that projects are realized within the set frameworks. You will be given significant autonomy and responsibility.
What you will do.
- Guide and manage construction and development projects
- Advise clients throughout different phases of a project
- Coordinate design, preparation, and realization processes
- Monitor planning, budget, quality
- Manage and coordinate architects, advisors, contractors, and other involved parties
- Assess technical, financial, and organizational feasibility
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Identify risks, opportunities, and potential bottlenecks within projects
- Guide tendering and contract formation processes
- Evaluate offers, budgets, and project proposals
- Advise on construction costs, quality, planning
- Chair and facilitate project and construction meetings
- Monitor agreements made and contractual obligations
- Report to clients on progress, finances
- Guide projects through realization and delivery
Profile
- Experience as a Project Manager / Advisor in construction, real estate, or project development
- Experience with independently guiding construction and development projects
- Accustomed to managing various parties on behalf of a client
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Able to maintain an overview within complex projects
- Understanding of both the technical and financial aspects of a construction project
- Experience in residential construction, utility construction, project development, construction management, or real estate consulting is a plus
