What you will do.
- Gradually manage your own files and gain autonomy as you integrate
- Prepare ISOC and IPP tax declarations and ensure deadlines are met
- Examine accounting and tax situations to detect potential optimization opportunities
- Participate in closings and analyses necessary for a good understanding of files
- Respond to client requests and support them in their tax considerations
- Conduct research when certain issues require more in-depth analysis
- Gradually become involved in more complex files, particularly concerning restructuring or tax planning
- Participate in the improvement of internal processes through digital tools and new technological solutions
Profile
- Initial experience of 2 to 5 years in a fiduciary environment with a specialization in Belgian taxation
- Proficiency in ISOC and IPP declarations and main tax obligations
- Desire to go beyond mere production and understand the specific challenges of each client
- Curious, analytical, and eager to progressively strengthen your technical knowledge
- Natural use of digital tools and interest in new technologies
- Appreciation for easy exchange with experienced individuals and the ability to ask questions without multiple hierarchical levels
- Desire to build long-term professional development, including an ITAA pathway
