As a Construction and Real Estate Project Manager, you are integrally responsible for multiple (new) construction projects, from initiation and feasibility to realization and aftercare. You operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, managing quality, planning, risk, and finances. You work closely with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, taking a leading role in decision-making at project and steering group levels. What you do
- You are the primary point of contact for clients at a strategic, commercial, and substantive level.
- You actively contribute to important choices and guide decision-making at project and steering group levels.
- In your role, you act as a strong driving force for project teams, consisting of architects, engineers, and other consultants, among others.
- You collaborate closely with government bodies and other stakeholders to successfully realize future-proof projects.
- Coordinate and manage complete plan development.
- Budget and cost control.
- Advise/guide (zoning plan) procedures, project planning, construction cost estimates.
- Selection and contract formation with external parties.
- Project management and supervision.

- University (WO) / Higher Professional Education (HBO) working and thinking level, with a completed degree in Construction or Real Estate.
- Approximately 10 – 15 years of experience in construction / real estate and experience with complex administrative environments, for example.
- Proven track record with projects exceeding €50 million.
- Strong commercially and strategically.
- Experience with: DB(FMO) / PPS / (Area) developments.
- Knowledge of Public Law and Spatial Environmental Procedures.
- Contractual forms, public law, and spatial environmental procedures & development.
