A healthcare organization is looking for a dedicated nurse for one of its locations. You will work in a neighborhood consisting of eight apartments around a communal kitchen and common room. The organization focuses on elderly care and operates based on the resident's self-reliance, with an emphasis on their well-being. You will collaborate with a close-knit team, volunteers, and informal caregivers.
What you will do.
- Provide care, nursing, and guidance to residents and clients.
- Coordinate care with family and informal caregivers, tailored to the wishes of the resident or client.
- Perform technical nursing procedures, such as wound care and catheterization.
- Encourage self-reliance and pay attention to psychological, physical, and social well-being.
- Guide and coach students and contribute to the development of future healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to discussions about the quality of care and the development of the team.
Profile
- MBO or HBO qualified nurse with demonstrable experience.
- The well-being of residents is a top priority.
- Flexible availability for varying shifts.
- In possession of a BHV diploma/certificate or willing to follow a BHV course.
- Contributes to a positive and professional working environment.
