For a large industrial organization, an experienced C&B Manager is sought. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for Payroll and C&B in the Benelux and France. You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager and the C&B Director, combining operational responsibility with project and change management.
What you do
- Operationally manage the regional Payroll team (5 FTE) and ensure the quality and continuity of payroll processes.
- Manage and coordinate daily C&B processes and act as a point of contact for the business on C&B issues, including benchmarking, support for social consultations, budgeting, and tax audits.
- Take on change and project management for the rollout of various C&B projects related to pay transparency, merit increase cycles, bonus and commission schemes, mobility budget, group and hospitalization insurance, time registration, etc.
- Guide the annual merit review, bonus, and warrant cycle.
- Monitor and translate changes in social legislation into concrete policy measures and processes.
- Coordinate C&B solutions in close collaboration with the payroll team.
- Stakeholder management and alignment with internal and external parties.
- Prepare internal communication regarding C&B changes for employees, HR Business Partners, management, and trade unions.
- Prepare and guide the transition to a new payroll package for Dutch payroll.
- (Re)write and update C&B policies, FAQs, work regulations, and collective labor agreements.
Profile
- Extensive experience within C&B with a proven track record in projects and implementations and managing a team.
- Thorough knowledge of social legislation, payroll processes, calculations, and their impact on C&B.
- Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to easily switch between operational and strategic interlocutors.
- Experience with Successfactors, time registration systems, and Eblox is a plus.
- Languages: Dutch (good), English (good). Knowledge of French is a plus.
