As an independent civil work preparer, you will work on various projects. You will provide specialized knowledge to support execution teams at different clients. The activities are temporary in nature and aimed at achieving concrete project results within agreed frameworks for time, quality, and safety. This assignment is carried out outside of employment, where you independently determine the method of execution and bear commercial risk. You can be active simultaneously for multiple clients.
What you will do.
- Develop and coordinate work plans, execution files, and technical documentation
- Ensure efficient and manageable execution
- Timely request and coordinate permits and notifications
- Coordinate quantities, orders, and material lists
- Check drawings and documents for technical correctness
- Provide supporting input for V&G (safety and health) plans and BLVC (accessibility, delivery, safety, communication) documentation
- Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions
