Contract Manager
As a contract manager, you play a crucial role within the contract management department and contribute to strengthening and professionalizing the field, from the tender phase through to realization within a Construction and Real Estate division. You will be part of a new team that is fully in development and will have the opportunity to help build the setup of working methods, processes, and collaboration in all phases of projects.
What you will do.
- Analyze and advise on bidding strategies in the tender phase and ensure these advices are implemented during execution.
- Conduct contract reviews and risk analyses, working closely with colleagues from other departments.
- Manage and optimize contracts, including compliance and relationship management with contracting parties.
- Analyze contracts and translate them into a clear contract strategy.
- Advise tender and project teams on choices and control of contractual risks.
- Safeguard and improve contract management processes in projects and collaboration with the internal project team, clients, and chain partners.
