General Coordinator

• Bear final responsibility for the daily operations and translate strategic choices of the Board into concrete implementation.
• Provide direction to the organization, set priorities, and ensure that agreements and decisions are actually realized.
• Look ahead, identify relevant developments, and translate strategic choices into people, resources, processes, and organization.
• Give employees direction and confidence, stimulate ownership and responsibility, and do not shy away from difficult conversations.
• Promote collaboration between different disciplines and create an environment where healthcare professionals can perform their work under the best possible conditions.
• Analyze and improve processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and further build an efficient and professionally organized operation.
• Be responsible for sound financial and business management, including budget, results, personnel costs, and financial risks.
• Report transparently to the Board and maintain a clear division of roles between governance, daily management, and employees.

Your profile.

• Master's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
• Several years of management experience with ultimate responsibility for employees, budget, results, and daily organization.
• Strong financial and business insight combined with experience in organizational and process development.
• A decisive people manager who provides direction, stimulates responsibility, develops talents, and promotes collaboration between disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills, decisive, and results-oriented, able to translate complex issues into clear choices and workable solutions.
• Affinity with primary care and endorses the social mission of a healthcare organization.
• Experience within healthcare and welfare, non-profit, or fixed-rate healthcare financing is an asset.

• Selection procedure:
• Screening of CV and pre-selection questionnaire (mid-October).
• Preparation of a written assignment (end of October).
• An (online) exploratory interview.
• Jury interview with external coordinator, board member, and current ad interim coordinator (early November).
• An assessment supplemented with an interview with the chairman (mid-November).
• Presentation of the candidate to the board (mid-November).
