Integration Coach

This assignment is carried out under the direction and supervision of a government organization. The role focuses on guiding status holders and family migrants.

What you will do.

  • Manage the entire process and coach the integration candidate from A to Z, with an eye for their personal situation.
  • Arrange registrations for language schools and courses or training.
  • Help with finding work or participation: from CV to application, from network to workplace.
  • Refer to care and assistance agencies if necessary.
  • Ensure proper administration and reporting in the client tracking system (Suites4SD).
  • Conduct the broad intake and draw up the Integration and Participation Plan (PIP).

Profile

  • Meticulous and administratively accurate.
  • Positive, entrepreneurial, stress-resistant, communicative, and a connector.

What they ask

  • HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level demonstrable on CV.
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with the Integration Act in the role of integration coach, verifiable on CV.
  • Reference required (name and contact details of a team leader/supervisor from a recent client, relevant to the requested assignment).
  • Demonstrable communication skills, both oral and written, evident from the CV.
  • Agreement with the stated secondment condition.
  • A VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is required before commencing activities.

Preferences.

  • 2 years of demonstrable work experience as an integration coach at a municipal organization, verifiable on CV.
  • Demonstrable work experience with municipal regulations, verifiable on CV.
  • Demonstrable experience with the Suite system, verifiable on CV.
