For a large infrastructure project, a BIM Expert with experience in Civil3D is sought. Opportunities are available for this role as a freelancer or through consultancy.
What you will do.
- Act as a content expert for Autodesk Civil 3D within the organization.
- Set up, manage, and optimize BIM models for infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain templates, standards, and workflows within Civil 3D.
- Support and guide designers, drafters, and project engineers.
- Monitor the quality, structure, and consistency of BIM models.
- Coordinate model exchange between internal and external project partners.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to digitalization initiatives.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing to colleagues.
- Actively follow technological developments within BIM, GIS, and digital engineering.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a comparable technical field.
- Demonstrable experience with Autodesk Civil 3D within infrastructure, road, or utility projects.
- Thorough knowledge of BIM methodologies and digital design processes.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, InfraWorks, or Revit is a plus.
- Knowledge of GIS applications is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to technically support and coach colleagues.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
