A maintenance technician is sought for a forward-looking and growing confectionery production company. You will join an environment where technology, innovation, and quality are central, and where employees are given room to grow.
What you will do.
- You analyze and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions within a diverse machine park, including older installations and the latest technologies
- You make diagnoses, perform emergency repairs, and contribute to sustainable, structural solutions
- You perform planned maintenance and ensure that all machines comply with applicable safety guidelines
- You guide colleagues and operators with new technologies and investment lines
- You actively participate in optimizations and dare to formulate improvement proposals
- You accurately record your interventions, time spent, and causes in a maintenance system and communicate clearly with the technical department
- You collaborate with the Technical Service Supervisor and have regular consultations with the Supervisor
Profile
- Experience in a technical role within a production environment
- A technical background through education, for example, electromechanics, or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Eagerness to learn, discover new technologies, and deepen your expertise
- A smooth, accessible communication style and the willingness to arrive at workable solutions together with production
- Accuracy in planning, analysis, and follow-up of your activities
- Experience with maintenance systems and knowledge of the food sector are a plus
