What you do
- You contribute to the development of your team
- You focus on personal growth, team development, and strong collaboration within the team and with other departments
- You are part of the management team of the Operations department, contribute to its development, and serve as a sparring partner for your fellow managers
- Together with your team's advisors, you are a sparring partner for management, the board, and the administration regarding developments in information management
- You conduct ambition, progress, and evaluation interviews with personal attention, stimulating, challenging, and enthusing your employees
- Together with your team, you develop an annual team plan with desired goals and results and actively contribute to the departmental annual plan
- You are the client for projects within your team and department and, in this role, you manage project leaders
- You discuss team results, progress of ongoing projects, and your vision on policy with the head of the Operations department
- You participate in meetings with the executive responsible for information management and translate administrative issues and decisions to your team
- You will serve as chairman in the organization's crisis team, including up to 13 weeks per year of on-call duty
- You monitor societal developments and involve your team in potential consequences

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a team leader in a government organization
- Demonstrable work experience with increasing ownership and autonomy in operational teams

- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable work experience in preparing budgets, accountability, and progress reports
- Demonstrable work experience with formulating multi-year departmental goals and translating them into achievable team and individual goals
