You support the location manager in the integral management of a team, processes, and results in the field of reception and guidance of residents. You directly contribute to a safe reception place for residents of a reception center or emergency shelter location.
What you do
Your tasks are diverse and the environment is dynamic. This requires flexibility, knowledge, and skills. In addition to leadership, your communication skills are called upon, and you are able to:
- Support the development and achievement of results and the mutual coordination between the different functions by the team at the location
- Coordinate operational activities and supervise the execution of location-bound tasks by the team
- Act as the first point of contact, identify problems and bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts by alternately coaching, supporting, motivating, and stimulating employees
- Actively maintain internal and external contacts
- Translate operational wishes and needs into the development of methods and techniques

- A completed HBO bachelor's degree (higher professional education)
- Experience in a judicial work environment is a plus
- Knowledge of and affinity with management and guiding employees

Practical
- A one-year development trajectory to become a Location Manager is offered
- Salary between € 4,705.86 and € 7,033.80 gross per month, based on 36 hours
- Excellent secondary employment conditions in accordance with the collective labor agreement for Social Work, Welfare & Social Services, including travel allowance, pension, career budget, vitality hours, and an individual choice budget of 18% of the annual salary
