What you do
- Drawing up, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans
- Conducting treatment discussions with clients and their relatives
- Monitoring the physical health of clients and treating somatic problems
- Visiting and guiding clients throughout their treatment process
- Multidisciplinary consultation with colleagues and therapists
- Participating in on-call services, with support from experienced psychiatrists and general practitioners
Weekly joint lunches and intervision moments are organized with fellow ANIOS for exchanging experiences and learning from each other. Various opportunities are available within the Multi-Complex Care cluster, including:
- Clinic for Continued Treatment for Adults
- Clinic for Continued Treatment for the Elderly
- Expertise Center for Neuropsychiatry
A shadowing day helps determine which target group and department are the best fit. Opportunities for growth towards psychiatrist training are available, as well as transfers to other departments.
