As a Housing Contract Manager, you are the link between an educational organization and its suppliers in E&W (Electrical & Mechanical), construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering. - You maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You follow developments with suppliers and in the physical domain and translate them into your work.
- You propose concrete improvements to make contract management processes smarter and more efficient.
- You are the primary point of contact for the content of contracts within the organization.
- In (European) tenders, you act as a subject matter expert and sparring partner for the Procurement department.

- A qualification in contract management, or the willingness to obtain one.
- Basic knowledge of Public Procurement Law.
