What you do
- Independently handle legal enforcement files and enforcement requests within environmental law.
- Advise on the deployment of administrative law instruments and draft corresponding decisions.
- Handle objection and appeal procedures and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and permit issuers to optimally utilize expertise.
- Identify and apply relevant developments in legislation and jurisprudence in the field of green regulations.

What they ask
- Minimum of a completed HBO education (Bachelor), preferably in law or environmental law.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar legal role within environmental law.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken, for drafting legal documents.
- Proficient with digital systems and legal databases for quickly understanding laws and regulations.
Preferences.
- Strong affinity with green regulations, spatial planning, or enforcement is a significant plus.
