As an MBO nurse, you will work with elderly individuals facing complex psychiatric and somatic issues within a specialized clinic. You will combine nursing care with intensive psychological support and contribute to recovery-oriented treatments.
What you will do.
- Provide nursing care and perform nursing technical procedures.
- Observe, signal, and analyze changes in behavior and health.
- Guide and support clients during their treatment and recovery.
- Actively contribute to diagnostics, treatment plans, and complex cases.
- Motivate clients and contribute to activities that stimulate recovery and independence.
- Collaborate intensively in a multidisciplinary team on individual admission goals.
- Conduct daily conversations with clients, where communication is essential.
What they ask
- MBO Nursing diploma.
- Valid BIG registration.
- Preferably at least 2 years of work experience in elderly care and/or mental health (GGZ).
- Good communication and social skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Affinity with recovery-oriented care and working with elderly individuals with complex psychiatric and somatic issues.
- Ability to work with colleagues, clients, and relatives to achieve appropriate treatment and recovery goals.
- Submission of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the appointment procedure.
