Coordinator for Owners' Associations Sustainability

• You help VvE's remove barriers to sustainability by providing overview, connection, and practical solutions.
• Internally:
• Makes the organizational route for VvE's transparent and more accessible, in collaboration with various departments.
• Examines procedures and regulations (permits, fees, aesthetics, flora and fauna studies).
• Externally:
• Inventories barriers experienced by VvE's in making their buildings sustainable and proposes next steps.
• Encourages VvE's to participate in the regional VvE offering, in collaboration with the Energy Services Center, communication staff, and the local energy cooperative.
• Identifies bottlenecks for which no suitable solution exists and contributes ideas for new initiatives to address them.

The assignment is completed when.

• The main bottlenecks of VvE's within the service provision have been inventoried and translated into concrete improvements.
• An up-to-date and accessible overview of procedures, contact persons, and lead times within the organization is available.
• At least 50 VvE's have been actively reached and informed about sustainability.
• For at least 50% of the approached VvE's, it is clear where they stand in the sustainability process, what bottlenecks exist, and what next step or support is needed.
• Additional support options, including support for low-income households within VvE's, have been investigated and provided with concrete advice in collaboration with partners.
• The organizational VvE offering, together with communication and the local insulation approach advisor, has been made visible and findable, with the aim of reaching 100% of the VvE's in the target group.
• The approach, contacts, and recommendations have been documented in such a way that the organization and partners can continue to support VvE's.
