As a Customer Operations Employee, you are the first point of contact for customers, both by phone and email. You are an important link between sales and technology. You answer questions, contribute to solutions, and ensure correct follow-up of quotes and orders. You maintain an overview and ensure everything runs smoothly within an organization that is constantly evolving and values initiative.
What you will do.
- First point of contact for customers by phone and email.
- Handling price inquiries, orders, questions about delivery times, and specific applications.
- Achieving optimal customer satisfaction by providing service.
- Processing orders and handling complaints.
- Listening carefully, asking the right questions, and quickly determining what is needed.
- Liaising with colleagues from account management or technical departments for complex questions.
- Processing and following up on quotes and orders.
- Monitoring delivery times and ensuring administrative records are accurate.
- Maintaining an overview of customer activities and identifying opportunities.
- Contributing to strengthening customer relationships and commercial results.
Profile
- Minimum MBO4 (vocational education level 4) working and thinking level.
- Basic knowledge of electrical cables and/or work experience in an electro-technical wholesale trade.
- Experience in an internal sales or customer-oriented role is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Curious, solution-oriented, and a team player.
- Positive and solution-oriented approach.
