Commercial Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you are the driving force behind building, strengthening, and expanding client relationships in a specific region. You collaborate with the Regional Service Manager and fellow Service Advisors to shape this area. You will visit a diverse range of clients, from local production companies with a few trucks to large cold storage facilities with a complete fleet, across various sectors such as stone and concrete, warehousing, slaughterhouses, and logistics.
The role offers significant freedom and trust from management.
Your responsibilities include client contact, maintaining relationships, identifying opportunities, and advising clients on service, maintenance, and contracts. You are the face of the organization to the client and the voice of the client within the organization. You work closely with service technicians and account managers in the field and share updates during toolbox meetings to build strong team bonds.
This is a mobile role: primarily working from home and on the road visiting clients, with periodic presence at one of the branch locations. You create your own schedule and determine how you organize your work. This role combines technical and commercial aspects; you don't need to be a mechanic, but you must understand what clients are discussing. The focus is on relationship management: listening, advising, and offering customized solutions.
You will receive on-the-job guidance and periodic training for further development.
