You want to make a difference in the daily lives of people struggling with psychological vulnerability. They are looking for a way to shape their own lives. You provide support in this, together with colleagues and other involved individuals.
What you will do.
- Provide support for daily practical tasks, such as maintaining the living environment and (financial) administration.
- Work irregular shifts, including late, early, and weekend shifts, as well as sleeping shifts.
- Accompany clients to various appointments, such as with therapists, workplaces, and family.
- Administer medication.
- Occasionally perform supportive actions in the field of Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Collaborate with professionals from other involved care parties.
- Guide group support sessions.
- Play a signaling role and conduct various supportive conversations.
Profile

- You are empathetic and compassionate, but able to bear the suffering of others.
- You always look for possibilities and what *is* achievable.
- You gain and maintain trust, which is essential when supporting people whose lives are disrupted.
- The client's request for help is always the starting point of your support.
- You are able to offer what contributes to a unique recovery process.
- Good ability to collaborate and coordinate with colleagues, people in the client's environment, and professionals from other organizations.
- Patience and perseverance.
What they ask
- MBO-3 diploma in healthcare, preferably Social Care Specific Target Groups level 3 or 4 or Agogic Worker Mental Healthcare level 4.
- Practical experience with people with psychological vulnerability.
- Easy to work with technical communication tools and programs.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
