As a temporary project employee, you will make a difference in the development of the central flexpool of a healthcare organization. You will be actively involved behind the scenes in organizing and facilitating the new central flexpool. Within the organization, efforts are being made towards one central flexpool for staff working at 24-hour care locations. A pilot will test the new working methods and processes in practice.
This will lead to advice for the Board of Directors, after which the decision-making process regarding the definitive establishment of this central flexpool will be initiated. You are indispensable during this pilot and will have ample opportunity to contribute ideas about new work processes and other solutions needed for this flexpool to function effectively.
What you will do.
- You will be a sparring partner for the team manager.

Profile
- You have at least HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- You are strongly analytical.
- You know how to work in a structured and organized manner.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are numerically proficient.
- Knowledge of healthcare and planning is a plus.
