What you do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the point of contact for candidates, clients, and prospects.
- Recruit, select, and guide candidates.
- Actively approach prospects and generate new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Advise clients on staffing issues and labor market developments.
- Write job advertisements and actively source candidates.
- Visit clients and flexible employees on-site.
- Monitor processes and ensure correct administration.
You maintain and further expand the collaboration with a large logistics organization in the region, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and ensure the correct influx of talent.
Profile
- Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level.
- In possession of a B driving license.
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Energetic, eager to learn, spontaneous, and presentable.
- Shows courage, takes initiative, and sees opportunities.
- Works proactively, result-oriented, and takes responsibility.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Dares to make mistakes, learns from them, and continues to develop.
- Enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working together with the team.
