A multidisciplinary group practice is expanding and looking for a psychologist. The practice is located in a city center. The group practice has existed for almost 10 years and is an established value. A holistic approach is taken to address problems and tackle the root cause, looking beyond the initial symptom presentation.
What you will do.
- You will strengthen a multidisciplinary team as a dedicated psychologist/psychotherapist.
- You will guide children/adolescents with anxiety, behavioral, developmental, and attachment problems.
- You will guide adults with anxiety, depression, relational, and identity problems.
- You will work with other disciplines in a warm, open, and professional group practice.
- You are willing to work 2 evenings per week.
Profile
- You are fascinated by working with people and willing to search with them for ways to feel better.
- You will guide clients through a (therapeutic) process: you explore the initial request, focus on the therapeutic working relationship, and determine what is needed to help them further in their process.
- You do not hesitate to ask colleagues for help if you are unsure.
- You are driven and committed to clients and the group practice.
What they ask
- Master's degree in clinical psychology or clinical orthopedagogy.
Preferences.
- A recognized psychotherapy training (completed or ongoing) is an asset.
Practical
- You start with a full agenda; you do not need to find clients yourself.
- You choose your own schedule (at least 2 half-days).
- Support from 2 coordinators is available if you do not have much experience.
