You will guide candidates through the rental process, arrange viewings and handovers, and ensure properties are rented out as quickly and effectively as possible.

What you will do.
- Guide viewings with prospective tenants
- Assess rental files and candidate documents
- Prepare and process rental agreements
- Arrange handovers to new tenants
- Actively contribute to an optimal customer experience for home seekers and tenants
- Identify opportunities to rent out properties faster and better
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Technical Managers regarding vacancy, maintenance
- Initiate online and offline marketing actions, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Contribute ideas for improving processes, customer journey
- Monitor progress, planning, and administrative handling within the rental process
Profile
You are commercially minded, social, and enjoy getting things done. You communicate easily, are customer-focused, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You work independently, take initiative, and maintain an overview, even when many things are happening simultaneously. You enjoy contributing ideas, identifying opportunities, and are energized by human contact. You are results-oriented and demonstrate ownership.
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level with a completed relevant education
- Driving license B and own car
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Affinity with digital systems and process-oriented work
- A K-RMT diploma is a plus, but not a requirement
