As an education quality advisor, you will work on the further development of education and educational quality within a training institute. This training institute provides education for professionals in the legal sector and offers a broad curriculum of legal content courses and training in personal development and leadership. You will work within a staff team and contribute to initial training programs for various legal professionals, including starting lawyers and trainees.
What you do
- You analyze developments within education and investigate their significance for the institute's training programs. Based on this, you advise on improvements and support the translation into policy and implementation.
- You guide projects and improvement trajectories in the field of education quality, ensuring proper preparation, execution, and evaluation.
- You connect insights from research, evaluations, and educational practice, translating them into concrete improvement proposals.
- You advise team leaders, training managers, and the lecturer on quality assurance issues and support them in their implementation.
- You contribute to the further development of the institute's quality assurance system and help ensure the quality cycle functions well in practice.
- You are a substantive sparring partner for colleagues and participate in internal and external meetings. Where necessary, you support these meetings in a coordinating or secretarial role.
