You ensure that roofing projects are successfully executed from A to Z, technically, financially, and organizationally. You will carry out projects for a specialized roofing company and contribute, with your expertise, to efficient and successful project realization. The organization is entering a new phase and is looking for an experienced independent professional who wants to help build its future development.
Together with the work planner/calculator, you will make an important contribution to the further professionalization of the project organization. This requires someone who, based on knowledge and experience, takes responsibility for the agreed results.
What you do
As a project manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing the technical feasibility of offers.
- Aligning commercial and contractual agreements with clients.
- Guiding projects throughout the entire execution period.
- Monitoring quality, planning, budget, and progress.
- Involvement up to and including the financial completion of the project.
- Paying attention to SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) related matters.
- Being active in multiple projects simultaneously, which are in different phases.
You are an important point of contact for clients. Your main activities include:
- Conducting purchasing discussions with clients: aligning quantities, setting project prices, and guiding the award process.
- Drawing up payment schedules and providing them to clients, and maintaining project administration.
- Aligning engineering and checking drawings.
- Coordinating activities with executors and involved parties prior to execution.
- Holding work meetings with clients and adjusting in case of deviations in planning, budget, or quality.
- Identifying, aligning, and correctly processing additional work; monitoring terms and receipts.
- Completing projects: arranging evaluations, providing warranty documents, and assessing supplier performance.
In the execution of this assignment, you will regularly coordinate with management and the work planner/calculator. From your expertise, you will contribute to the optimization of processes, structure, and collaboration within the office. You will have ample opportunity to propose improvements based on your professional knowledge.

- Experience as a project manager or site manager in the construction or roofing sector, having worked with specifications, drawings, and calculations.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating technical processes within construction, renovation, maintenance, or a related sector such as installation technology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build good relationships with clients and other involved parties.
