What you do
- You manage the public procurement cycle, from needs identification to contract award, ensuring quality, costs, and adherence to deadlines.
- You support and advise internal clients in defining their needs and implementing the most suitable purchasing strategies.
- You ensure procedural compliance, in collaboration with stakeholders and the legal department.
- You conduct consultations and negotiations with suppliers, while coordinating the various parties involved in purchasing files.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing through market intelligence, process optimization, orders, and performance.
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public procurement management.
- Strong command of all purchasing processes.
- Very good knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Office, SAP, or others).
- Excellent command of French.
Nice-to-haves.
- Experience in negotiation techniques.
- Interest or experience in energy transition.
