You will work on various projects in collaboration with network partners and enjoy variety. You work independently and take responsibility. What you do
- Conduct conversations with residents facing questions or concerns about relationships, upbringing, loss, finances, loneliness, or other life challenges
- Support people in regaining their own strength and possibilities
- Provide continuity and build a relationship of trust
- Conduct exploratory conversations
- Be a recognizable and accessible point of contact within network partners
- Collaborate with colleagues and network partners to organize appropriate support
- Think in terms of opportunities and solutions, without losing sight of the person behind the request for help

- Relevant HBO education (SPH, MWD or Social Work)
- Experience with general social work or motivated to develop further in this area
- Works independently and takes responsibility
