A care institution is looking for a behavioral scientist for a location housing approximately 30 residents with complex psychiatric, socio-economic, and addiction problems, often supplemented with somatic care needs. You will work close to practice and help both residents and colleagues.
What you will do.
- You will advise and participate in case and treatment discussions regarding complex guidance and treatment questions.
- You will develop and evaluate guidance and treatment plans together with involved colleagues.
- You will coach employees and support them in complex situations.
- You will contribute to a positive, safe, and professional living and treatment environment.
- You will contribute to policy development and the continuous improvement of care quality.
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely with counselors, the manager, and other involved professionals.
- You will be visible at the location and directly connect your knowledge to daily practice.
Profile
- Completed university degree in Psychology or Orthopedagogy.
- Affinity and/or experience with clients with complex psychiatric, psychosocial, addiction, and somatic problems.
- You are a Christian and can explain what that means to you.
