What you do
- Ensure a good balance between effort and relaxation in your group.
- Follow up on and collaborate in the clear execution of lessons using quality cards per subject area.
- Provide feedback on both the learning process and the end result.
- Help children gain structure and offer guidance in their social development and interaction with others.
- Coordinate student care for your group: signal, analyze, coordinate, and take targeted actions.
- Actively participate in team meetings and translate the shared vision into powerful didactic methods and learning activities.
- Work with children with specific educational needs, often due to learning or behavioral problems.
- Provide primary education using various didactic methods and learning activities, aligned with the school's learning and educational goals and the specific needs of this type of education.
- Present learning material in small, clear, and structured steps.
- Create a safe learning environment with a clear pedagogical climate, including clear behavioral rules and consistent enforcement.
- Be predictable and able to handle differences, accepting the child's individuality and responding to their behavior.
- Signal, register, and evaluate student problems, guiding them based on group plans and development perspectives.
- Discuss students with colleagues, internal supervisor, and/or management.
- Discuss the child's development with parents/guardians to promote learning performance.
- Act as a link between parents, students, and colleagues.
