What you do
- Repair and replace frames, doors
- Repair hardware and locks
- Independently perform service and maintenance work in occupied homes or utility buildings
- Resolve damages, leaks, malfunctions, or sticking doors
- Repair or replace doors, windows, skirting boards, and other carpentry work
- Process digital work orders and smartly plan your own workday
- Communicate with residents and supervisors on site
- Neatly complete every job and take care of your own materials and tools

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter or service carpenter
- Ability to work independently and proactively
