HR Advisor

An organization specializing in water technology and swimming pool installations, with branches in the Netherlands and Belgium, is looking for an enthusiastic and independent HR Advisor. You will have ample space and responsibility to further develop and professionalize HR policy within a growing organization.

What you will do.

• Translate organizational objectives into concrete HR activities and actively contribute to the further development of HR policy.
• Advise management and supervisors on various HR issues, such as recruitment and selection, performance, development, absenteeism, and employment conditions.
• Support supervisors in job application, performance, appraisal, absenteeism, and development interviews, ensuring proper documentation.
• Be the first point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding HR-related questions.
• Guide the recruitment and selection process and ensure a warm and professional onboarding trajectory for new colleagues.
• Guide absenteeism processes and coordinate all activities arising from the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).
• Identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and contribute to efficient and professional HR support.
