- You work closely with both employees and management.
- The role is a broad HR role, with an emphasis on soft HR.
- Administrative personnel registration and payroll processing are handled internally, but you provide support with your expertise where needed.
- An important part of the assignment involves the recruitment and selection of profiles.
- You manage the funnel/flow and guide the process and how best to position the organization.
